Part Time (12 hrs p/wk) Butterfly Project Worker (12 month fixed term contract)
The Gifted is looking for an experienced part-time (12 hours) Project Worker to deliver our Butterfly Effect Program for young women aged 11-18 years old, across Hertfordshire and Enfield. The salary offered is £21,736 pro rata.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture new and existing partnerships. The role also requires the ability to navigate strong relationships with young people, especially those who are vulnerable and require additional support. Outcomes need to be shared with local stakeholders and communicated via local network boards, such as Youth Advisory Panels etc.
We need someone with experience of facilitating powerful, engaging and empowering learning experiences for young people and building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for working with young people to create bright futures for themselves using our delivery models, training and volunteering schemes.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with working with hard to engage young people and who can be a self-starter as well as deliver a project through to completion.
We require someone with experience of facilitating community and / or educational programmes. The role will report directly into our Butterfly Project Co-ordinator and must be able to communicate how project outcomes are being met.
You must have a full driving license and use of a vehicle to travel to sites across Enfield and Hertfordshire.
